Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Friends of Scandia Parks and Trails

Attendees: Karen Schik, Rich Burton, Mike White, Mike Harnetty, Matt Rasmussen, Tom Krinke, Tom Triplett, Stephen Ledo and Julie white Absent; Michelle McNutly, Judy Rydeen.

1. Amendments to the agenda

2. Approval of the December 14 minutes

3. Use of Lions Park. Mike White moves to flatten/grate and plant grass for sports and to work with historical society to add a historical walk way second my Mike Harnetty motion carries.

4. Trail extension add in for next meeting with new members

5. Financial report; $1382.31

6. Annual meeting on 21st put notice in paper. Flyers up.

7. Next board meeting is February 8th

8. Stephen Ledo moves to close Mike white seconds motion carried
